Registrations are refundable up to 30 days before the TRAIN SMB™ event, less any credit card processing fees. Cancellations received within 30 days of the TRAIN SMB™ event are non-refundable; however, registrations may be transferred to another person from your organization at no additional charge.

If The Co. Concierge™ cancels the TRAIN SMB™ event, registration fees will be refunded in full. If the TRAIN SMB™ event is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date, with the option to request a refund, less any credit card processing fees, if you are unable to attend.

Photography & Video: TRAIN SMB™ may be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs, video, and audio recordings may include your image, likeness, and/or voice and may be used by The Co. Concierge™ for marketing, promotional, educational, social media, website, and other business purposes without additional compensation.

After your complimentary month, you'll have the option to continue SUPPORT at the exclusive TRAIN SMB™ attendee rate of $399/month. There is no obligation to continue after the complimentary month.
